I was inspired by blogger Graceful yoga on setting goals. I'm a perfectionist and I tend to get lost in details and I have always been interested in so many different things. This exhausts me and I loose energy to reach my goal.
What is flowing in my life, I will put my energy into. The rest will be left.
Work is flowing.
Yoga is flowing.
Writing this blog is flowing.
Relationship with my daughters are flowing.
I crave beauty. My cousin wrote yesterday a quote from a Swedish author; "Beauty will save the world." I have such a hunger for beauty. It's such an inspiration to me.
Beautyful writing.
Beautyful paintings.
Beautiful interior.
Beautiful minds.
Nature.
The beauty of the art of yoga.
Some beautyful words (it's not word by word) from Dawid Swensons Ashtanga practise, The practise manual;
"Entering Savasana, "The death of practise". The final asana Tolasana, has prepared us for this moment by engaging the bandhas, contracting the muscles and pumping the breath to saturate every cell with vital life-force. Releasing Tolasana and entering into deep stillness in Savasana, releasing locks, breathing normal, we may visit the place deep within, a sanctuary of tranquility. Bathe in the vital forces of life and relish the stillness. Soak it up like a flower drinking the sun's rays."
