I felt such love for my body. It wasn't so flexible. Chest muscles are still a bit painful. My mind was in such a flow of energy and it was patient with the conditions of the body. It was as it was saying to the body; "You are ok, just go on. No ambition. Just the next breath, the next step, the next asana. Enjoy every moment."
In the middle of practice I could feel the flow of prana and I plunged into it in the end, in Savasana, just like I wrote about yesterday. Savasana was a deep relaxation. A great moment in the now, to experience the energy, me, the existence.
I look forward to waking up in the morning at 5 for the next practice. The next moment in paradise.
