Short meditation - great energy level

I had to take 10 minutes to meditate this morning. I had to align with the energy that surrounded me. I sat in meditative pose, drishti on the tip of the nose and ujjayi-breath. The prana created was so strong I had to stop a bit before 10 minutes was up to lay in Savasana to soke it all up before getting ready for work.

The energy was very strong. I directed the energy into my body to strengthen my organs. I felt so refreshed, as if I was cleansed within and without. I learned something important about yoga this morning. Do not underestimate a short meditation, it can bring a strong energy. To connect breath of ujjayi and drishti and meditate in lotuspose before starting the asanas to get into the flow, the meditation. I usually go right into Surya namaskara and it take longer to get into the meditative flow.
