No yoga yesterday so it was my yoga resting day. Will soon step on the mat and do some grounding asanas. I'm a bit high on these fullmoon energies. Possibly that is why I got into such strong energy flow yesterday morning.
I'm getting more and more sensitive to vibrations. I watched a short youtube film about an inspiring yoga teacher, Seane Corn, who said that as yoga slowly progressed in her life she felt it natural to step by step, let go of alcohol, sugar, meat and so on. This is so for me now, I haven't felt like eating fish for weeks now, I have reduce coffee intake and I want only freshly squeezed juices. It's nice to follow the body and not struggle to stop with something.
