On Tuesday I went to yoga class. Even though I haven't been doing much yoga lately body is open and flexible. Much has happened during 2010 with my body and mind. Body responds quicker for change - thanks to a continues more or less daily practice. Mind lets automatic thoughts go more easily. A feel more whole and balanced. More of this will happen during 2011.
The injuries I got during last winters practice has now healed. I have a lifelong history of psychosomatising things. I think that this is being corrected now. I can accept emotions and be in contact with them more easily nowand work on having the energy flow going. My practice at yoga shala with Virya and Anusara yoga has helped to make it possible to happen. I'm so grateful for this. I'm planning to go on with this.
I just bought blocks for home to support my head on when I do arm balances. This helped a lot for balancing since my elbows are quite unstable. My focus and intent on the first part of 2011 is to build more muscles in my arms and gain an overall better balance.
