Tenerife her I come

Tomorrow me and my BF will fly to Tenerife. A week of hopefully sun, ocean, hiking in the mountains and lots of yoga and meditation. I feel so lucky having met the most amazing man with whom I can share my spiritual path with. There is such a spiritual understanding between us and this is such an amazing gift from the Universe. I'm so grateful.

He inspires me to be more energy conscious, not to dwell in the past, working with it but not dwelling in it, releasing negative thought patterns quicker and opening my heart to experiencing love and happiness.
